Milling Cutters

They are engaged in the design and manufacture of milling cutters that finds application in conventional lathes & CNC machines such as face mills, side & face cutters and end mill cutters. Offered in the diameter range of 50 to 1000 mm, they can also design and manufacture special crank shaft pin milling cutters according to the customer specifications. The cutters are manufactured as per ISS and BS standards.

Boring bars

A wide range of boring bars that are used for machining purposes in a large number of industries are manufactured by Precision Toolings. These bars are highly efficient, abrasion resistant and have a noise free & smooth operation. Our boring bars are offered in wide variety of diameters, to meet the specific requirements of the clients.
They are engaged in the manufacture of boring bars that are used on CNC’s, Conventional Lathes and SPM. These are manufactured using quality alloy steel along with holding shank ISO, BT or HSK taper in AT-3 class. They also offer boring bars with aluminum head that are used for weight reduction. Offered within the diameter range of 150-200 mm, these boring bars are perfect to meet the specific requirements of the clients.

Rotary through Coolant Adapter

Rotary Through Coolant Adapters are used when coolant is externally supplied. They offer rotary through coolant adapter with ISO, BT, CAT, MT holding shanks that are assured to have high quality standards. They have already designed ISO 60 Rotary through coolant adapter with 1 meter long spade drill.

U Drills

They offer indexable type U drills of high quality standards. These are used for drilling on CNC lathes, machining centers and special purpose machines. Offered in the range of 16 to 60 mm with L/D ratio up to 4. Their U drills are specially designed for high speed drilling of holes. They are manufactured as per customer requirement to suit their availability of inserts.

They are engaged in manufacturing tool holders that finds application on conventional and CNC lathes. To meet the specific requirements of the clients, we are providing our range of tool holders in standard and special options. Our range includes PCLNR/L, PSKNR/L, SVJBR/L and SCLCR/L and also as per customer requirements.

HSK Tooling

They are one of the manufacturers and suppliers of HSK Tooling that are widely used by automobile and engineering industries. Their range comprises of cutter adapters, boring bars fixed pockets & cartridge pockets in HSK 100 and HSK 63. They have a special gauging equipment to monitor and maintain the taper details as per class AT3.

VDI Tooling

They are engaged in the manufacture and supply of a wide range of VDI toolings. The range of VDI tools include boring bar holders of different diameters and tool holders of standard sizes. They manufacture VDI 30,VDI 40, VDI 50 holders.
