Plastic Testing Equipment

The Plastic Testing Equipment determines the relative ranking of materials according to the energy required to crack or break flat, rigid plastic specimens. Plastic Testing Equipment is designed to comply with ASTM Test Standard D5420. Plastic Testing Equipment provides laboratories with a means for assessing the failure of polymers under controlled conditions. Plastic Testing Equipment has Heavy duty construction, unique specimen clamps and the standard safety shield.

Polymer Pasting Equipment

The self-contained 25 ton Polymer Pasting Equipment has 5″ diameter platen and integral safety shield cabinet enclosing electrically powered hydraulic system. Polymer Pasting Equipment has a rigid slab side construction. Polymer Pasting Equipment maintains precise alignment. Polymer Pasting Equipment includes provision for a vacuum line connection to the pellet die.

Melt Flow Indexer

Pneumatic weight raising and lowering system is available in the Melt Flow Indexer. A new electric weight raising and lowering system is also now available in the Melt Flow Indexer. Melt Flow Indexer is ideal for applications requiring the use of heavy weights. Melt Flow Indexer features a 32-bit microprocessor. Melt Flow Indexer enables unparalleled control of material test parameters. Melt Flow Indexer also has the ability to perform self-diagnostics and digital calibrations and offers simple push-button RTD calibration.

Universal Testing Machine

Universal Testing Machine is the first, and by the moment, the only instrument present in the market that allows simultaneous measurements of the barrier of two different gases on two different samples. With Universal Testing Machine, the instruments for permeability testing make a step forward. Universal Testing Machine offers to the customers the possibility of choosing the couple of sensors that will be mounted in the instrument. Universal Testing Machine is equipped with modular accessories to carry out measurements on packaging containers of various types.

Tensile Tester

The Tensile Tester of Fitco has been specially developed to carry out compression tests on large boxes up to 1 metre cube and 25kN capacity. Tensile Tester gives the true strength of a box. Tensile Tester can also be used to determine the effect of cyclic loading and carry out long term static tests to assess the effect of stacking loads. Tensile Tester utilizes four balanced load cells to give accurate force measurement. Four large diameter stainless steel pillars are provided in the Tensile Tester. The color display of the Tensile Tester shows real time plots of the test curves, calculated result and statistics. A full test report can be generated with only a printer connected.
